After placement within the dealership we bring our graduates back at 30, 60, and 90 days for more advanced sales training, as well as to help iron out any areas they may need assistance with. We are truly dedicated to our graduates' success in this industry, as it's the only real measurement of our success and our reputation depends on it.

Recruiting & Training New Sales Professionals
We are the recruiting specialists. We can recruit and train new sales professionals for your store (either "in-house" or at our facility, dependent upon your specific needs). We screen all applicants through an initial interview process and bring only those back that we feel have true potential. We will then educate them on the automotive industry and train them on the "Steps to the Sale." The applicants will also conduct a "mystery shop" of a dealership and compile a list of 100 prospects during our program. Upon completion of our training program we turn them over for final interviews with the dealership management, saving your staff valuable time and your dealership money. We are the pros.
